SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – In a move to redefine the future of automated broadcasting in Asia, MJ Technology, in partnership with its South Korean distributor Soundfox, recently hosted a high-level technical demonstration for engineers and executives from Korea’s leading TV stations.
The event, held in Seoul, focused on the seamless integration between MJ’s high-precision robotic camera systems and advanced real-time graphic engines (Unreal Engine).













Led by the technical team from Soundfox, the presentation highlighted the critical role of tracking accuracy in modern AR/VR/XR environments. With MJ’s systems featuring 23-bit absolute value encoders and a precision rate of 0.00043°, the demonstration showed South Korean broadcasters how to eliminate the common "drift" associated with virtual graphics.
Seamless Graphics Sync: Real-time data transmission using the FreeD protocol, ensuring virtual elements remain perfectly locked to the physical camera move.
Automated Precision: Showcasing the MJ Robotic Jib and Pan/Tilt Heads, which allow for complex, repeatable cinematic movements without the need for a manual operator.
Workflow Integration: A deep dive into how MJ hardware integrates with existing broadcast infrastructure and the latest Unreal Engine 5.4 features.
